Hello,

We are only a few days away now so I thought I would send some final details needed.

Captains Night is at The Clubhouse on Sukhumvit Soi 23. The event will take place upstairs and is limited to 2 players per team. We ask you all to be there at 6pm. The link for The Clubhouse can be found below.

Tournament / Category groups will be drawn live at Captains Night.

Tournament / Category groups will be uploaded online so all teams and players understand what time they’re playing. The links will be shared in the WhatsApp group on Thursday.

We are asking for all teams to pay tournament fee and deposit at Captains Night. If you cannot make Captains Night, please let me know so we can arrange for payment to be made before your first game on Saturday. The tournament fees are as follows: -

Open – 27,000THB
Veterans – 22,000THB
Masters – 22,000THB
Super Masters – 22,000THB

Deposit – 3,000THB

All money is to be paid in cash. This includes Thai teams too. We can’t accept payments by QR code.

The deposit will be returned on Sunday after you have finished your last game. Please remember to collect it from Michael (the same person you pay it to at Captains Night).

Each person entering the school will need to show the QR code attached when entering the school premises. Please ensure you share this with all your team members and supporters.

We are hosting the tournament at one of the most expensive international schools in Thailand so they have some rules they would like us to follow: -

If you need the toilet, please go to the toilet. Please don’t go anywhere on the field or behind stands. If caught on camera, you will be fined.

Smokers are asked not to throw what’s left of their cigarette on any grass areas.

We are looking for one team in the Open category. Tournament is on 4th and 5th April.

It looks like we are closing the Open tournament with 7 teams, the Veterans tournament with 14 teams, the Masters tournament with 14 teams and the Super Masters tournament with 4 teams.

We've had quite a few teams withdraw because of the conflict in Middle East and quite a few teams ghosting me.

More details about Captain's Night will be sent next week.

However, in the interest of environment and sustainability awareness, this year's brochure
will be published online.
