DD Fitness is a modern gym with personal training, group exercise and lifestyle coaching for a healthy, fit and happy life. Our gym is easy to get to, only a 1 minute walk from Soi Ari skytrain station, and can be seen from the platform. We have clean changing rooms with hot showers, steam room and private lockers, and members parking available in our building at a discount rate. We are a professional and friendly gym for adults of all ages and stages of fitness, with trainers there to help you understand how to use the equipment and provide advise. We have many group classes to make your fitness experience fun while you remain fit and healthy. We would love to meet you.
