ขอโทษที่ล่าช้าครับ วันนี้ขอบคุณทุกคนที่เข้ามาชั่งน้ำหนักครับ พักผ่อนกันเยอะๆนะครับ มาเผื่อเวลาwarmupกันด้วยนะครับ แล้วพบกันพรุ่งนี้ครับ มีอะไรที่ผิดพลาดประการใดๆ ผมขอโทษด้วยนะครับ

Hello everyone. Please read this if you are competing on 2nd of October.

All of you have to come weigh in, inform your openners measure the rack heights for Squat and Bench Press, starting from 08-10.30 on 1st of October at the Lava Gym (Bangkok).

While on Sunday or the competition day, the comp will start at 10.30am as lifters in Flight A will start competing first followed by lifters in Flight B and C and D then we will have the ceremony.

As for which flights you are in we will announce again on Saturday night because we need to know every lifter’s openers first in order to determine flights for every lifter. If you have any questions you can come ask Khun Jo at the gym or message us anytime!

สวัสดีนักกีฬาทุกท่านครับ หากคุณลงแข่งในวันอาทิตย์ที่2ตุลามคมนี้โปรดอ่าน!!

นักกีฬาทุกท่านจำเป็นต้องทำการเข้ามาชั่งน้ำหนักแจ้ง openners และวัดระดับความสูงของrack ที่ต้องการในวันแข่งทั้ง Squat และ Bench Press ในเวลา 8โมงถึง10โมงครึ่งเช้า วันเสาร์ที่ 1ตุลามคม ณ ยิม Lava Gym เท่านั้นนะครับ

วันแข่งวันอาทิตย์งานจะเริ่ม 10โมงครึ่ง นักกีฬาในflight aจะเริ่มการแข่งขันก่อนตามด้วยflight b cและd ปิดท้ายด้วยพิธีรับรางวัลครับ

ส่วนในเรื่องของนักกีฬาท่านใดจะอยู่ flight ไหนเราจะแจ้งอีกทีในคืนวันเสาร์เนื่องจากเราต้องรู้น้ำหนัก openner ของนักกีฬาทุกท่านที่จะกำหนดว่าใครอยู่flightไหนและใครยกก่อนครับ ถ้าคุณมีคำถามเพิ่มให้ถามคุณโจในวันชั่งน้ำหนักหรือส่งข้อความเข้ามาได้เลยครับ
