ขอประณามอย่างรุนแรงการกระทำของกัมพูชาที่ใช้จรวดยิงกราดยิงแบบไม่เลือกเป้าหมาย ถือเป็นพฤติกรรมที่ไร้มนุษยธรรมและละเมิดหลักสิทธิมนุษยชนขั้นพื้นฐานอย่างร้ายแรงไม่ว่าจะเป็นการยิงเข้าใส่พื้นที่หมู่บ้าน หรือแนวชายแดนที่มีพลเรือนอาศัยอยู่ พฤติกรรมนี้ไม่ต่างอะไรกับฆาตกรกราดยิง ที่จงใจสังหารผู้บริสุทธิ์โดยไม่สนใจว่าเป็นเด็ก ผู้หญิง หรือคนชราการกระทำเช่นนี้ไม่เพียงแต่ผิดกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ แต่ยังเป็นการยั่วยุ สร้างความหวาดกลัว และละเมิดหลักความมั่นคงของเพื่อนบ้านอย่างรุนแรงเราขอเรียกร้องให้:
1. รัฐบาลไทยแสดงจุดยืนอย่างเด็ดขาด อย่าเพิกเฉยต่อชีวิตประชาชน
2. สื่อมวลชนไทยและต่างประเทศช่วยกันรายงานข้อเท็จจริงให้โลกเห็น
3. องค์กรสิทธิมนุษยชนเข้ามาตรวจสอบและดำเนินการอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
ชีวิตคนไทยไม่ควรถูกมองข้าม
Strong Condemnation
Cambodia’s reckless use of rocket attacks without regard for targets is an inhumane act and a grave violation of basic human rights.
Firing into village areas or border zones where civilians live is no different from a mass shooting — a deliberate attack on innocent people, regardless of whether they are children, women, or the elderly.
Such actions are not only illegal under international law but also provocative, terror-inducing, and a severe breach of neighborly peace and security.
We urgently call for:
1. The Thai government to take a firm and decisive stance — do not turn a blind eye to the lives of Thai citizens.
2. The media, both local and international, to report the truth so the world can see this brutality.
3. Human rights organizations to investigate and take real, concrete action.
The lives of Thai people must not be ignored.
