Water Confidence and Conditioning program. Amphibious provides youth and adult training to build water confidence, conditioning and skill in our community.

Amphibious Aquatics is a local non-profit organization that promotes water safety, community health and environmental protection while supporting athletes and growing aquatics on Guam and in the region.

Day 1 - Let the Games Begin! 2025 AAU Junior Olympics

We appreciated the opportunity to host a two-part nutrition workshop tailored specifically for our competitive swimmers preparing for the upcoming Junior Olympics. Led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist , the sessions focused on practical, age-appropriate strategies to:

Fuel performance while traveling

Support recovery

Build a positive relationship with food

Promote long-term athlete development both in and out of the pool

Athletes and their parents were included in the learning process to encourage consistent, performance-based eating habits at home and during competition.

Athletes are encouraged to connect with Coach Lenora to work on their individual nutrition goals.

🌊🏊🏽‍♂️ Aquathlon Recap! 🏆✨

What an incredible day at the GTF aquathlon! Our swimmers dominated the competition, with the first five out of the water and securing podium spots for both soloists and team awards! 🎉👏🏽 Huge shoutout to our amazing athletes for their hard work and dedication – you made us so proud!

But the excitement doesn’t stop here! 🚀 Join us this weekend for our upcoming GTF Kids Aquathlon! It’s a fantastic opportunity for our young swimmers to showcase their skills and have a blast! 🌟
