WB-EMS เป็นการฝึกที่กระตุ้นกล้ามเนื้อหลายส่วนพร้อมกัน ทำให้ร่างกายใช้พลังงานและของเหลวมากกว่าที่หลายคนคิด
การทานอาหารล่วงหน้า โดยเฉพาะคาร์โบไฮเดรต จะช่วยให้ร่างกายมีพลังงานเพียงพอสำหรับการฝึก ส่วนการดื่มน้ำให้เพียงพอ จะช่วยในการทำงานของกล้ามเนื้อและการฟื้นตัวก่อนและหลังการเทรน

After a WB-EMS session, some mild muscle fatigue or soreness is normal — especially in the beginning. But “maximum pain” is never the goal.

A quality WB-EMS session means receiving the right level of stimulation, in a safe and controlled way, with adequate recovery time — not pushing to the absolute limit every single time.

If you experience any of the following, stop training immediately and consult a doctor:
• Severe or unusual muscle pain
• Significant muscle weakness
• Abnormal swelling
• Nausea or vomiting
• Dark, cola-coloured urine

These are not signs of a good workout.

แต่คุ้มจากการที่กล้ามเนื้อทำงานได้ “ถูกจุด ปลอดภัย และฟื้นตัวทัน” มากกว่าค่ะ 😊

ถ้าหนักเกินไป ร่างกายอาจล้า ฟื้นตัวไม่ทัน หรือเสี่ยง overtraining ได้

What really matters is whether your muscles are working effectively, safely, and recovering properly 😊

If the intensity is too high, your body may become overly fatigued, recover poorly, or even increase the risk of overtraining.

At BODYMAP TH, we gradually adjust the intensity based on each person’s body and fitness level, while also focusing on movement quality throughout the session.

ไม่แนะนำค่ะ เพราะ WB-EMS กระตุ้นกล้ามเนื้อค่อนข้างลึกและเข้มข้น ร่างกายจึงต้องมีเวลาพักฟื้น

ควรเว้นประมาณ 3–4 วันต่อครั้ง เพื่อให้กล้ามเนื้อได้ซ่อมแซมและแข็งแรงขึ้น

ถ้าฝึกถี่เกินไป กล้ามเนื้ออาจล้า ฟื้นตัวไม่ทัน ปวดตึงมากขึ้น และผลลัพธ์อาจไม่ดีเท่าที่ควรค่ะ
