This event is part of the IFBB Fitness Challenge system and includes both Bronze and Silver Levels, giving athletes the opportunity to progress within the national selection structure.

The Gold Level remains the final stage where Thailand National Team athletes are officially selected.

Athletes who pass the Gold Level will represent Thailand at the IFBB Asian Championships 2026, held during SPORTEC Expo in Bangkok.
