François Carillon

Sitting in the very centre of the village of Puligny-Montrachet, Domaine François Carillon was established following the retirement of Louis Carillon, whose vineyards were divided between François and his brother Jacques. François Carillon is the 16th generation of a w**emaking family which traces its Burgundian roots back to 1520. Since his domaine’s inaugural vintage in 2010, he has proven to be not only a worthy successor to the much-loved w**es of his father but is one of the most exciting producers in Puligny-Montrachet today. The w**es hit the sweet spot between pristine fruit, precise acidity and textural richness, which we adore.

Hoffmann-Jayer | Burgundy 2022 🍷

Three expressions from Burgundy, each showing a different character of the Côte de Nuits.

• Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits ,fresh, elegant and fruit-driven.
• Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Cuvée Rosalie more depth and structure, with a delicate floral character.
• Côte de Nuits-Villages a more expressive style, with greater complexity and structure.

All made from Pinot Noir, reflecting the freshness and finesse of Burgundy.

Clos Mogador

Clos Mogador is the consequence of many generations.

These generations have been passionate, have lived the moment with a keen sense of intuition, and have enjoyed many experiences and emotions.

The great w**e from René Barbier and one of the Priorat’s best.

A w**e of excellent quality and persistence, an authentic w**e, faithfully conveying the personality of the terroir, with its characteristic aromas of Mediterranean undergrowth.

A powerful, robust and complex w**e, yet also silky and very elegant.

Clos Mogador is, in addition, one of the few w**es recognised as Grand Cru in the region, a Vi de Finca Qualificada (Qualified Estate W**e), to use the denomination’s official term.
