หลังจากฝึกซ้อมกันมาอย่างตั้งใจ ถึงเวลาได้พักผ่อน สนุก และใช้เวลาร่วมกันกับเพื่อนๆ แล้วครับ

งานเล็กๆ นี้เป็นการขอบคุณและให้กำลังใจทั้งนักกีฬาที่ลงแข่งขัน และเพื่อนๆ ที่ร่วมซ้อมกันมาตลอด เพราะทุกคนล้วนเป็นส่วนสำคัญของทีม

ครูภูมิใจในความพยายาม ความอดทน และความตั้งใจของเด็กๆ ทุกคน การกล้าลอง กล้าพัฒนา และไม่ยอมแพ้ คือสิ่งที่มีค่ามากกว่าผลการแข่งขัน

ขอให้เด็กๆ เก็บรอยยิ้ม มิตรภาพ และประสบการณ์ดีๆ เหล่านี้ไว้เป็นความทรงจำ และเติบโตขึ้นอย่างแข็งแรงทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจครับ

เนื่องจากมีการปรับตารางเรียนชั่วคราว ยิมจะเปิดสอนเพียง 2 รอบเรียนเท่านั้น

นักเรียนที่ต้องการเก็บรอบเรียนที่ค้างไว้ หรือทบทวนบทเรียนเพื่อเตรียมสอบสาย สามารถแจ้งลงเวลาเพื่อจองรอบเรียนได้เลยครับ

🥋 สรุปผลการแข่งขัน 12th TIRAK International Taekwondo Tournament 2026 🥋

🏅 2 เหรียญเงิน
🏅 7 เหรียญทองแดง

ขอแสดงความยินดีกับนักกีฬาทุกคนที่ลงสนามแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ครับ ครูภูมิใจในตัวเด็กๆ ทุกคนที่กล้าก้าวออกไปเผชิญความท้าทาย ทำหน้าที่ของตัวเองอย่างเต็มความสามารถ และไม่ยอมแพ้ต่ออุปสรรคระหว่างการแข่งขัน

เหรียญรางวัลเป็นเพียงผลลัพธ์ของการแข่งขันในวันนั้น แต่สิ่งที่มีค่ามากกว่าเหรียญรางวัล คือ ประสบการณ์ ความกล้าที่จะลงสนาม ความมีวินัย ความอดทน และการพัฒนาตัวเองจากวันแรกจนถึงวันนี้ สิ่งเหล่านี้คือรางวัลที่แท้จริงที่จะติดตัวเด็กๆ ไปได้ตลอดชีวิต

บางคนอาจได้รับเหรียญ บางคนอาจยังไม่ถึงเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ แต่ทุกคนล้วนได้รับบทเรียน ได้เรียนรู้จุดแข็งและสิ่งที่ต้องพัฒนาต่อ ซึ่งเป็นก้าวสำคัญของการเติบโตในฐานะนักกีฬาและในฐานะคนคนหนึ่ง

Congratulations to all our athletes who participated in this tournament. I am very proud of every student for stepping onto the competition floor, embracing the challenge, giving their best effort, and never giving up in the face of obstacles.

Medals are only the result of a single day of competition. What is far more valuable are the experiences gained, the courage to compete, the discipline developed, the perseverance shown, and the personal growth achieved from the first day of training until today. These are the true rewards that will stay with our athletes for a lifetime.

Some athletes earned medals, while others may not have reached the goals they set for themselves. However, every athlete gained valuable lessons, discovered their strengths, and identified areas for improvement. These experiences are important steps in growing not only as athletes but also as individuals.

I would like to sincerely thank all parents for their continuous support and encouragement. I also want to commend every student who dedicated themselves to training and performed their role to the best of their ability.

Take some time to rest and recover, then let’s get back to training. Success is not built from a single competition, but from the commitment to improve day after day.

🥋✨ จบการแข่งขันวันแรกในประเภทท่ารำ (Poomsae) และ Speed Kick แล้วครับ ✨🥋

เป้าหมายของการส่งเด็กๆ ลงแข่งขัน ไม่ใช่เพียงเพื่อชัยชนะหรือเหรียญรางวัลเท่านั้น แต่สิ่งที่ครูอยากเห็นคือความกล้า ความพยายาม ความอดทน การเรียนรู้ที่จะรับมือกับความกดดัน และการพัฒนาตัวเองในทุกครั้งที่ก้าวลงสนาม

ไม่ว่าผลการแข่งขันจะออกมาเป็นอย่างไร เด็กๆ ทุกคนได้เรียนรู้ เก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์ และเติบโตขึ้นจากการแข่งขันครั้งนี้แล้ว ครูภูมิใจในความตั้งใจและความพยายามของนักกีฬาทุกคน ❤️

🥋✨ Day 1 of the Poomsae and Speed Kick competition has come to an end! ✨🥋

The goal of sending our students to compete is not only about winning medals or achieving victory. What I truly want to see is their courage, determination, perseverance, ability to handle pressure, and personal growth every time they step onto the competition floor.

No matter the outcome, every athlete has gained valuable experience, learned important lessons, and grown through this journey. I am very proud of each and every one of them. ❤️
