MY WEIGHT LOSS EXPERIMENT
I have never been this heavy before. 91.6 kgs this evening.
BACKGROUND:
During half of November and half of December (just over a month actually), I travelled to see family in Sweden and the USA and to teach Taekwondo in Sweden and Scotland. During the trip, I decided to let all holds go and enjoy a lot of food. In spite of teaching Taekwondo, I didn't train much overall and thanks to jet lag I didn't sleep either. After my one month of travel, I came back to Bangkok and hosted two big Christmas parties here. Then I went to Northern Thailand and socialising was done over food. I returned to Bangkok today.
Since mid-November until right now, my weight has increased from the normal 83-85 kgs to 91.6 this evening.
Goal: Lose 7 kgs
Time frame: 2 months

Method:
1. I will do intermittent fasting with an 8-hour eating window each day.
2. I will train more, presumably 5 days/week, but I will adjust based on how my body feels.
3. I may do a water-fast (no nutrition, only hydration without any calories (water, green tea, or kombucha), over a time frame TBD.
4. Aside from this I will eat fairly normally and even have small amounts (1-2 drinks) of alcohol now and then (see diary).
This is a test to see the effects of intermittent fasting and training on my weight. Take from it what you will.
