VHP EKAL RUN on Sudnay, 27th March 2022 at 0600 Hours at Benjakitti Park

1. Participants must arrive between 6am to 6.30am

2. Parking is available at at Benjakitti Park Phase 1 (Lake Park) or Phase 2(Forest Park) There will be guides at the entrance to help you.

3. T shirts will be available for Bh300 each at the event but sizes available will be limited. for those you have reserved T shirt but not collected, please go to registration desk where you can collect your T shirts at the venue.

4. All runners must be double vaccinated. If not double vaccinated, runners must do self-administered ATK or Lateral Test at home and take a photo and bring along their mobile phones. Alternatively, non-vaccinated runners may or may not be asked to do test at 6.30am at the Health Desk on location. If Runner is asked to do an ATK test on location, then runner is obliged to do so. Non-vaccinated non-runners are allowed to enter the park under all circumstances.

5. Fun Runners can collect bibs but do not have to register. Race Runners have to register, give name and number for next of kin.

6. Following Covid protocols, anybody with cold or cough or fever must be tested at the Health Desk if they suspect being covid positive. Kits will be available at Health Desk

7. All runners must have bibs. Bibs will be distributed at the Registration Desk.

8. Speeches will be between 6.30am and 6.57am at 6.58am Runners will be asked to go to Start/Finish Line.

9. Run Begins at 0700am sharp. 3 rounds for Race Runners and 2 Rounds for Fun Runners.

10. Food and Beverages will be available for all after the run.

11. All Medals and Trophies will be distributed after the run.
