ผู้ให้เช่าพื้นที่ได้ล็อคประตูฟิตเนสเซ็นเตอร์ของเรา
ด้วยเหตุนี้ทางเราและลูกค้าซึ่งเป็นสมาชิกจึงไม่สามารถเข้าใช้ฟิตเนสได้อีกต่อไป เรารู้สึกเสียใจอย่างยิ่งที่เราตกอยู่ในสถานการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถให้บริการสมาชิกของเราได้
การฟื้นตัวของธุรกิจช้ามากหลังวิกฤตโควิด 19 การขาดการสนับสนุนทางการเงิน แรงกดดันอย่างต่อเนื่องในการลดราคา และต้นทุนการดำเนินงานที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมาก ส่งผลให้ห้องออกกำลังกายของเรามีหนี้ค่าเช่าจำนวนมาก
ในช่วงไม่กี่เดือนที่ผ่านมา เราได้พยายามทุกวิถีทางเพื่อรักษาธุรกิจให้คงอยู่และให้บริการสมาชิกของเราต่อไปด้วยความตั้งใจที่ดีที่สุดที่จะไม่ทำให้สมาชิกของเราผิดหวัง
น่าเสียดายที่เราไม่สามารถหาวิธีแก้ปัญหาทางการเงินเหล่านี้ได้ และตอนนี้ได้ใช้ทรัพยากรทางการเงินของเราจนหมดแล้ว สถานการณ์ได้ทำลายเราทางการเงิน เราขอความร่วมมือจากเจ้าของผู้ให้เช่าพื้นที่ในการเข้าไปนำทรัพย์สินของเราเพื่อให้สามารถขายอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดเพื่อที่เราจะได้ชำระหนี้กับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
เราเสียใจอย่างสุดซึ้งที่เรื่องราวของเราต้องจบลงในลักษณะนี้
เราขอขอบคุณทุกคนที่ติดต่อเราในช่วงไม่กี่สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาเพื่อแสดงการสนับสนุนในช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากเหล่านี้
Dear Members,
The landlord has locked the doors of our fitness center.
As a result we and you, our members, have no more access to the fitness. We cannot even enter our own business. We feel very sorry that we are put in a situation were we are unable to serve our members.
The very slow recovery of business after Covid19, the absence of any financial support, the constant pressure to reduce prices and sharp increase of operating costs has resulted in our gym accumulating a significant rental debt.
Over the past few months we have tried every possible remedy to keep the business alive and continue serving our members with the best intentions not to disappoint our members.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to find a solution to these financial challenges and have now depleted all our financial resources. The situation has ruined us financially. We await the cooperation of the landlord to obtain access to our assets to be able to sell all equipment so we can settle our debts with all parties involved.
We deeply regret that our story has to come to an end in this manner.
We thank everyone who contacted us over the past few weeks to express their support in these hard times.
