10.00 – 12.00 hrs. : Muay Thai basic
Boxing masters : Khru Wee – Khantipong Look Thap Akart
: Khru Chin – Chinnarat Chor. Watcharin
Subject - Standing
- Pacing
- Flying fists, foot, knees, elbows
- Defense
12.00 - 13.00 hrs. : Break
13.00 - 15.00 hrs. : Muay Chaiya training
Boxing masters : Khru Lek – Kridakorn Sodprasert Ban Chang Thai
Subject - Muay Chaiya Standing – standing, balancing, walking
- Yang Sam Khum footwork drill in Muay Chaiya Master Khet Sriyaphai’s style
- Yang Thoi Sam Khum – backward footwork
- Yang Sam Khum Sueb Thoy Thod
- Sua Lak Hang
- Fighting the Muay Chaiya way
Qualifications :
- Age over 4 years old
- No need for boxing basics
- Equipment is provided
