Sometimes, in a big tournament
the most important thing isn’t the result it’s what you learn along the way.

This week,
I watched a group of kids who chose not to give up.
Even when they were tired, nervous or things weren’t going their way,
they kept trying, fighting and believing in themselves until the final whistle.

The biggest challenge wasn’t the teams we played against.
It was overcoming the pressure,
the nerves and the fear of making mistakes.
With every game we saw a little more courage, a little more confidence and another step forward.

We are proud of every single one of you. Not because of where we finished,
but because of the way you played and represented our club.

🏆 Pattaya International Tournament 2026 🏆

When people see the photos from a tournament,
they usually see the matches.
What they don’t always see is everything around them..
the early wake-up calls,
the long journeys,
the time spent together,
the excitement,
the nerves,
the laughter,
the disappointments and the moments that help young players grow.

This tournament brought together 134 teams from 10 different countries and our U12 boys had the chance to test themselves against strong opposition from all over Asia.

From a football perspective,
the U12 competition included 25 teams, divided into 5 groups of 5.

After the first day, the teams were split into three levels:
🥇 Gold League (places 1–10)
🥈 Silver League (places 11–20)
🥉 Bronze League (places 21–25)

Our boys earned a place in the Silver League and today finished top of their group, which sent them to the Silver League Final.

The final was decided by a single goal, and we lost 0-1.

The result:
🏅 Silver League Runners-Up 🥈

Of course we always want to win.
We are competitors.

But when we look back at this weekend, what we will remember most is not the final result.

We will remember a group of boys from a small island who travelled across the country, competed with confidence, supported each other, never stopped fighting and showed that they belong on this stage.

Some years ago,
Atletikoh was just a dream
and a few kids training together.

Today,
our players are travelling to major international tournaments and competing against academies from around the region.
we are definitely moving
in the right direction.

Thank you to all the parents for trusting us with your children and allowing them to be part of these experiences.

The journey continues.

In 2018,
it all started with a small training session on a football field in Koh Phangan.

Just a few kids, a ball and a dream.

Year after year,
we kept growing.
More players.
More teams.
More families.
More memories.
More challenges.
More trophies.

From local training sessions…
to becoming a football community.
From our first tournaments…
to lifting championships.
From Koh Phangan…
to competitions across Thailand.

And today,
another chapter begins.

✈️⚽ Today, Atletikoh Phangan travels to Pattaya to compete in a prestigious international tournament featuring more than 100 teams from 10 different countries.

For us , this is much more than a football tournament.
It’s an opportunity to represent our island,
our community,
and everything we have built together over the past 8 years.

Thank you to every player, parent, coach, supporter, sponsor and friend who has been part of this incredible journey.

Last weekend,
our U12 team traveled to Koh Samui for a tournament hosted by ISS International School Samui.

The boys were fantastic, winning 4 out of 4 matches and bringing home another trophy for the club! 🏆💚💙💛

Congratulations to all the players for their quality football, teamwork and great attitude throughout the day.

A special thanks to Coach Grant for organizing a professional tournament and taking care of every detail.

Today,
our U14 team had the pleasure of welcoming a special guest – Felix
a professional player from Borussia Dortmund.

Felix joined the players on the field,
trained alongside them and shared his personal journey toward becoming a professional footballer.
He spoke honestly about the hard work, sacrifices, challenges and setbacks that every young player faces on the road to success, as well as the determination needed to never give up on your dreams.

For our players,
it was a great opportunity to learn from someone who is part of one of Europe’s biggest clubs and to see that talent alone is never enough
dedication, discipline and perseverance make the difference.

for spending time with our Atletikoh family and inspiring our young players. From today,
you are part of the Atletikoh family and we will all be cheering for you wherever your football journey takes you.
