Wing Chun Thailand Are you looking to learn or expand your knowledge of the facinating martial art of Wing Chun in Thailand. My Sifu is Richard Baines is from Sheffield.

Wing Chun is a fighting art that works on the centre line theory. As a martial art, wing chun
was developed on the battle field in the Qing Dynasty and therefore is extremely effective. Wing chun movements, are in its self-simplistic in movement for fighting single and multiple opponents, which are bigger and stronger than the Wing Chun practitioner

The Wing Chun lineage that I descend from is I

p Man. He teachers at Sheffield Wing Chun Centre. He has been training for nearly thirty years in Wing Chun under the watchful eye of Grand Master Samuel Kwok. I started training in Wing Chun in 1999. After twenty years of training in Shotokan Karate. Training in Wing Chun three times a week and training at home. I quickly realised that Wing Chun was more suited to my body type. I was able to repel stronger and heavier opponents, with my small frame body frame and light in weight using Wing Chun techniques.

Just a thought to all you Wing Chun instructors. Why are you not able to slow your techniques down with your students, when doing chi soa. So they are able to understand the energy, structure, and techniques of Wing Chun?
