Monsoon Gym offers daily Muay Thai, Western Boxing, BJJ, and Gladiator Fitness (HIIT) training. In addition we have a fully-stocked, airconditioned weight training gym, a comfy aircon dorm room and a great restaurant serving healthy meals. Our location is just on the main road about 50 meters from the nicest part of Sairee Beach and within easy walking distance of loads of bars, restaurants, nightlife and even a 7/11.

Every round on the pads is a lesson.
One thing I love about Jerod’s training technique is that he won’t let you repeat bad technique. If your elbow is off by a few centimeters, we stop, reset, and do it again until it feels right.
It’s not about throwing more strikes. It’s about throwing them correctly, over and over, until they become second nature.
