✅CrossFit $45 for 3 classes.
3 sessions/classes every week is what is required to get results. PT is not sustainable and out of reach for most people. If you can't afford to sustain paying the hefty prices then you won't be able to continue training and progress. You'll waste your money. Fitness is for life, it's not about quick fixes, transformations and gimmicks. It's your health you're talking about.

✅ CrossFit coaches are experts in fitness. It's not hard to call yourself a PT and a 12 week course can get you rights to that title. So how much do they know? It is a holistic approach to health underpinned by nutrition and combines cardio, gymnastics and weight training in a constantly varied format. ‼️ PT - Too many trainers program 'gym' movements which have little to no transference into everyday life. Gimmicky and complicated just for the sake of it.
