แต่เอาจริงแม่ง...โคตรยาก! 🥵
อากาศร้อนจัด รากไม้ หินลอย ลำธาร ครบเครื่อง มีคนวิ่งไม่จบเยอะมาก
แต่เจ้าภาพก็ใจดีเพิ่มคัตออฟให้ 1 ชม. 🏃💨
จากกราฟเหมือนจะชิล มีบอสแค่ลูกสุดท้าย แต่ไอ้ลูกแรกๆ มันชัน แหลม ดูดแรงไปเยอะ
แต่ละช่วงคือสุดจัด ได้อรรถรสความเหนื่อยแบบสุดๆ! 🔥🏅

The North Face 100 - Thailand
Scorching heat, slippery roots, loose rocks, stream crossings , this course had it all. A lot of runners couldn’t make it to the finish, but thankfully the organizers extended the cutoff time by one hour. 🏃💨
The elevation profile looks pretty friendly, with the biggest climb saved for the end. Don’t let it fool you. Those early climbs are steep, sharp, and they drain your legs long before the final boss.
Every section of this course demands something different, making it one of the toughest and most rewarding 25K trail races I’ve experienced. 🔥🏅
Definitely coming back next year.
