Swaziland Adventure Health Escapes Swaziland Adventure Health Escapes is a structured, invigorating
fitness holiday in a group environment in Swaziland’s northern
highland region.

Using the outdoors as your gym and playground, the
programme aims to help you reinvigorate both physically and
mentally, allowing you to adopt a healthier lifestyle, reduce stress,
achieve weight loss and feel alive! The 4-day camp blends fitness classes, wellness through nutrition
and detoxification and massages with hiking, horseriding and other
daily activities in Swaziland’s serene environment.
