About Us
We are a growing language center in Dubai that teaches Arabic and English to diverse learners. We are implementing Odoo ERP to streamline student management, enrollment, scheduling, billing, CRM, and reporting. We need a strong web developer with hands-on Odoo experience to help build, customize, and optimize our system.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Web Developer with proven experience in Odoo customization and development. You will work closely with leadership to translate our operational needs into a functional, scalable Odoo implementation. This role is technical, structured, and results-oriented — not administrative.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, HR, Website, eLearning, etc.)
• Build and maintain Odoo website features (landing pages, forms, student portals)
• Develop and extend custom modules when standard Odoo functionality is insufficient
• Integrate Odoo with external tools (payment gateways, SMS/Email, calendars)
• Optimize performance and ensure data integrity
• Provide documentation and training for internal users
• Troubleshoot, test, and deploy solutions
Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years web development experience
• At least 1–2 years of real Odoo development experience (Odoo 14+ preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Python
• Odoo framework (ORM, models, views, workflows)
• XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Experience with Odoo Website Builder & backend modules
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines
