It is a short 40 minute drive from Comalapa International Airport along the coast highway (CA 2) to the property which is 20 minutes west of La Libertad. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath & the guest room with two twin beds as well as two roll ways beds and crib and a joining bathroom. The nightly rate includes, maid service, cook & full time security. We supply airport transport and private drivers upon request. The Property has 1 mile of paved walking paths as well as miles of dirt hiking trails, Mayan Caves, Sand Beaches, Swimming Pool, Natural Soaking Pools, Restaurant, Fishing Spots, Fire Ring, Outside Showers and so much more . . . We also offer tours of El Salvador's many incredible tourist attractions and short trips to secret local surf and culture spots. Some of the incredible highlights that are a with-in a one hour drive are Mayan Ruins, Waterfalls, Volcanoes, Horse Back riding, Jungle Zip Line, Coffee Plantations, World Class Fishing, Scuba Reefs, Volcanic Lakes, Capitol City San Salvador = Historic Tour, Shopping, World Cuisine, Night Clubs etc. Our property has been in the care of the same family for 4 generations, they have a huge passion for their country and our very special natural reserve neighborhood. When The Mighty Jack Irons wasn’t able to finish Pearl Jam’s Yield tour, Matt Cameron was called to fill in, on what was expected to be a temporary basis.
According to , Matt learned 80 songs in two weeks in preparation for the tour.
Said :
“I got a phone call out of the blue, from Mr. Ed Ved, Stoney and Kelly. I was ambushed. It was really short notice. He called and said, ‘Hey, what are you doing this summer?... The guys made me feel real welcome and it wasn’t a struggle to get it musically, but my style was a little bit different, I think, than what they were used to. And they’ve been through so many different drummers, I don’t even know if they knew what they wanted. So, I just kind of played the way I played and then eventually we kind of figured out what worked best for the band.”
