AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION/REGISTRATION FORMS FOR MEMBERSHIP INTO THE MIGHTY BLACKPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB

With reference to a successful Mighty Blackpool Football Club general meeting held on Sunday 20th October, 2019 at the Atlantic Hall, Siaka Stevens Stadium during which one of the key resolutions adopted was the *REGULARIZATION of MEMBERSHIP* status, the Secretariat hereby notify the Mighty Blackpool FC supporters/fans and the general public that Application/Registration forms are now available at Le20,000 each for Ordinary Membership

Processes and Procedures Involved;

1. Would be applicants should pay for Application/Registration Forms at the Mighty Blackpool Football Club account No. 003001106611100188 held with Sierra Leone Commercial Bank.

2. Issued bank receipts should be submitted at the clubs secretariat to one of the following officials:

A. Secretary General - Mr. Emmanuel Tamba Bundor Esq or

B. Assistant Secretary General - Mr. Berthan Lamin Bangura or

C . Finance Officer - Mr. David Kamara (Rooney).

3. Upon receipt of any bank receipt for the above mentioned purpose, an Application/Registration Form will be issued, together with a copy of the club's rules and regulations.

4. The completed application form must be returned to any of the said officials for processing of membership card based on the category of membership one may have applied for.

Membership cards will thereafter be issued out.

Mighty Blackpool Executive just held a successful meeting with over 100 supporters of the club with regards to membership regularization and the up coming SLFA Premier League. The meeting was a huge success. We are now heading towards the right direction to rebrand and repositioned the lost glory of this great club. For the very first in Sierra Leone, Blackpool will be the first club to introduce digital membership registration data base system for its memberships with an ID Card. So far, this Executive has successful completed the signing of over ten players. Hurry up now and get your membership registration card, pay your monthly subscription fees so you can have the legal franchise to check on the executive, the players and general undertakings of the club

MIGHTY BLACKPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB REGULARISATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The Executive Management Committee of the Mighty Blackpool Football Club headed by Hon Alpha Osman Timbo held a general meeting of Mighty Blackpool Supporters at the Atlantic Hall, Siaka Steven Stadium. In the jam-packed meeting, lots of resolutions were adopted. Key among them was the regularization of membership. As there is no proper data base of the club's register on members and the absence of membership monthly dues for over five (5) years, the body has unanimously agreed on the following:

1. Setting up of a Life Time Data Base Register of Mighty Blackpool FC members.

2. Application for membership would be out in a week's time at the cost of Le20,000 per form and payment should be done through the Mighty Blackpool Sierra Leone Commercial Bank account: 003001106611100188.

3. There would be various categories *of* membership on a choice basis. Membership ranges from Ordinary Member to Grand Chief Patron category.

4. Registration/Application and issuing of membership card drive would be solely coordinated by the following;
a) Secretary General - Mr. Emmanuel Tamba Bundor Esq. (+232 76 803123)

(b) Assistant Secretary General - Mr. Berthan Lamin Bangura (+23278/77/34-580-371) and

(c) Financial Secretary Mr. David Kamara (+232 76 239925)

5. Upon completion of registration and acquisition of membership card, only such persons would be qualify to be legitimate Mighty Blackpool FC member forthwith.

6. Only the legitimate Mighty Blackpool FC membership will be deemed official and legitimate members of the club.

7. The next general meeting will be held on Sunday 10th November 2019 at Atlantic Hall, Siaka Steven Stadium 2:00pm prompt.

8. A public notice for the availability of Registration/Application forms would be put out within the next 72 hours by the Mighty Blackpool Secretariat.
