Sierra Leone Aquatics Starlet Olamiday Elizabeth Sam, OLY Departs for Training Camp in Thailand

```Sierra Leone Aquatics' Olamiday Elizabeth Sam, OLY, has departed the shores of Freetown today, Friday 24th January 2025, embarking on a journey to Thailand to join other elite international athletes at an intensive training camp.
A symbol of resilience and determination, Olamiday, who has represented Sierra Leone on numerous global stages, including the just. concluded Olympic games in Paris 2024, is now set to refine her skills ahead of upcoming international competitions.
The training camp in Thailand is one of the most prestigious in the world, known for its cutting-edge facilities, expert coaches, and a focus on both physical and mental preparation of the athletes.
For Olamiday, this opportunity represents not just a chance to hone her craft but also a platform to inspire young athletes in Sierra Leone who look up to her as a role model.

The training camp will span four years, during which Olamiday will participate in specialized drills, endurance-building sessions, and technical workshops designed to push her limits.
She will also have the opportunity to train alongside other elite athletes, gaining exposure to diverse techniques and strategies.
