Jacket or wing is used to increase the safety and comfort of our stay under water. We always choose our diving equipment bearing in mind the type of dives we want to do and bearing in mind the development of own skills (higher levels).
Very often, we can't choose the pest solution because of the training system, i.e. how we learn to dive. The instructor wants to follow the training standards and … he chooses the equipment solution most convenient for him to conduct the course, but not necessarli the best for us - divers.

Tecline on the road!

When flying to a chosen destination, we wonder whether to take our own diving equipment or not?

On site, in the Diving Center with which we dive, we never know what equipment we will find. There will probably be no wings, only jackets. It may happen that the inflator button will have a "tired spring" and instead of reacting immediately, it will react after 2 seconds... Neoprene wetsuit will be only for men and worn out. The regulator may have a mouthpiece that is too large, which will irritate the gums. A jacket without a crotch strap may shift during the dive. Such minor shortcomings can make your dive uncomfortable even in a great diving site.

It is worth taking your own, well-fitting equipment with you. Don't let its absence spoil your diving trip 🙂
