Tortilla Pizza
Ingredients:
1 tortilla (approx. 60–70 g)
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon plain yogurt
40 g mozzarella (approx. 3 slices or a handful of grated)
1 teaspoon grated Dutch cheese
¼ red onion, chopped
2 small mushrooms, sliced
3–4 cherry tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon corn kernels, 🔥 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 175 °C.
2. Mix ketchup, yogurt, garlic and oregano.
3. Spread the mixture on the tortilla, spread the cheese and vegetables.
4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges of the tortilla are crispy.
