Looks like tier 3 this year :)

🚨 TEAM SLOVAKIA 40K IS COMING TO WTC 2026 – SLOVAKS FLYING IN!

Team Slovakia 40k has officially committed in their spot for the World Team Championship 2026!
Slovakia first attended as a team in 2007 and has attended the event 4 times.

Their last 3 year record put them on the 31st place with a “Weighted Average Placement Percentagewise” Score of 0,731 which means they will be a Tier 3 Team for 2026.

So far Slovakia's best finish was 7th in 2008.

SK: Čaute banda!

Máme tu koniec apríla, ako sme mali v timeline nalinkované, máme po Alpine-cone a je čas vyhlásiť finálnu osmičku (+) na augustovú cestu do Mechelenu.
Tento rok máme pred sebou ešte zmenu edície, takže títo frajeri (a ja) sa predstavia v zápolení medzi najlepšími z najlepších:

Verím, že zodpovedne zaberieme pri prechode na 11tku, otvoríme mysle a podarí sa nám vyskladať výbornú kompozíciu armád na cestu do sveta a že si to spolu užijeme! 💪
Všetkým, ktorí sa zapojili do výberového procesu zo srdca ďakujem a verím, že vás bude budúci rok ešte oveľa oveľa viac a spoločnými silami budeme našu slovenskú 40k komunitu posúvať dopredu 🤝

End of April is here, Alpine-con in the books and according to our timeline time has come to set the final eight (+) for our August roadtrip to Mechelen.🥳
This year we also anticipate coming of new edition so these aces (and me) will introduce themselves in competition of finest

I believe that we´ll approach the preparation responsibly and nail the transfer to 11th, open our minds and we´ll manage to build an amazing composition of armies on the road to the top and we´ll have a great time together💪
To all who joined the process I sincerely thank from the bottom of my heart and I believe there´ll be much more of us next year and and with joint forces we do all we got to improve the quality of 40k community in Slovakia to new heights🤝

Sk: Najbližši turnaj, na ktorý sa chystá väčšina z nás, je tohtoročný singel v Prahe - Prague Grand Tournament (7.-8.3.2026). Okrem domácich borcov a nás sa tam predstavia aj známe mená z Rakúska a Nemecka. S kapacitou 130 hráčov je to jeden z najväčších turnajov (ak nie aj najväčší) u našich západných susedov.

Prídeme v silnej zostave, od kapitána Riša (Kopytko), cez Mareka (Nomster), druhého Mareka (Darken), Maťa (Rayd), Lukiho (Goldenkid), Patrika (Kapor)Peťa (Diablo), Tomáša (Alessan), Aynura (Ajvar) až po kouča Štefana (Glordi).

Tešíme sa na výborné hry a vynikajúcu atmosféru. Držte nám palce.

DRUHÉ MIESTO NA TEAM FINALS 2025 JE DOMA !!! 🥈

Gratulujeme chalanom k úžasnému výsledku, v tomto škaredom počasí nám svojimi výkonmi svietili ako májak v hmle.

Zároveň ďakujeme všetkým oponentom, s ktorými sme sa stretli (aj nestretli) za skvelú atmosféru a herný zážitok.

A samozrejme veľká vďaka patrí všetkým vám, ktorí ste nám fandili (prskalo to tu pozitívnou energou počas všetkých hier)., či už rodinnám, priateľom alebo aj novým fanúšikom. ĎAKUJEME !!! ♥️

Sk: Finále dohraté. Aj napriek tesnej prehre, chlapci skončili na krásnom druhom mieste a v tvrdej konkurencii ukázali, že máme na to dosahovať európske výsledky. ♥️

Šťastnú cestu domov a tešíme sa na dojmy, príbehy a emócie, ktoré si veziete. 🥈

En: The final is over. Despite a narrow defeat, the boys finished in a fantastic second place and, in tough competition, proved that we have what it takes to achieve European-level results. ♥️
