Mnoge poti obstajajo v prijateljstvih. Nekatere so kratke, druge dolge. Vzporedne, križne, konvergentne ali divergentne.
A redka so srečanja, ne glede na smer poti, ki so hkrati transformativna, podporna, intenzivna in polna prepoznanja.
Srečanja, kjer obstaja enaka mera sorodnosti — ne glede na čas, prostor ali razdaljo.

Classical pilates 🖤

The work is all about the PROCESS… it’s all about the movement that creates the process.

If we over focus on the shape of the exercise we are missing the point:

What is supporting the shape?

What is happening inside the body?

What connection are happening that create that shape as a result.

The structure itself doesn’t heal the body… the function does… and a forced structure can stop the process of healing; let’s not start the work and the exercises from the end … let’s start them from the beginning and let the final goal be the result of the process of the action… CHANGES HAPPEN THROUGH MOVEMENT AND MOVEMENT HEALS -Joe ❤️

IT’S ALREADY THERE!

This has been the quote of this amazing week!
The second Module for this amazing 2024/25 class of the MASTER PROGRAM.

We explored, discovered, experimented, sweat, laughed, cried… we lived the WORK in all its fullness, uniqueness, power , possibilities, intensity and magic… everything we need is within the system, is inside us and around us… we “just” need to learn how to use the work to be able to SEE what is already there and how we can use it to… RETURN TO LIFE AND TO OURSELVES.
I am beyond proud and grateful for these amazing teachers who, with all the heart, dedication and respect have been working and keep working so beautifully, so smart, so deep, so REAL💜

Vadba za razvoj duha in srca.

We don’t do the work to be able to “perform” exercises… the exercises are the tools to heal ourselves; they are meant to reveal why we need and the path to connect and let go tensions and preconceptions. All the exercises are connected as well as all the apparatuses; if we wanna build up a more complex exercise… everything we need is in the system; with patience, perseverance, determination, humility, honesty, integrity and much much LOVE for ourselves and the work… we can accomplish more than we think… no rush and no limits ❤️
