Was nice to catch up with the other day and do some training!

First clip is push down which is a defensive exercise trying to retrieve the shuttle to the forecourt aimed at improving reactions as well as control under pressure.

The second clip is a rally from a half court danish game ๐Ÿธ

Legs were sore the next day that's for sure ๐Ÿฅต

We are both wearing the Adizero Fastcourt Tokyo trainers which are really comfy but also very supportive. Definitely my favourite trainer to date!

A session from last week with Johan. Working on his deep forehand area trying to make him turn his body and lunge with his foot pointing away from the net to give him the room to play the shot while keeping his racket head up and swinging through the shot.
