Evropsko mladinsko konec junija v Novi Gorici in na Lokvah !

⏳ Only 44 days to go until eyoc2026!

As the countdown continues, competitors are preparing for one of the biggest youth orienteering events of the season. Among them is Brina Kölner, member of Junior O-team Slovenia 🇸🇮, who will make her fifth and final EYOC appearance this summer on home terrain.

💬 “I have competed at EYOC four times, and this year will be my 5th and final appearance at the European Youth Orienteering Championships. I have attended two EYOC Training Camps. The terrain is quite hilly, with many details such as rocks and sinkholes. It is not the fastest terrain, but it is more interesting and varied. I expect well-prepared courses, a great atmosphere, and to gain many new experiences.
I hope that after EYOC I will be satisfied with my performances. I am already looking forward to the competition and preparing for it intensively.”

Technical terrain, demanding navigation, international atmosphere… Slovenia is getting ready. 🫶🌲

Za družinsko avanturo v gozdu počekiraj 👉Koledar tekem OZS. Vse tekme so odprtega tipa, torej ste vabljene tudi družine z otroki. Poleti pa so otroci vabljeni na Orientacijski poletni kamp.

Še malo in gremo na SOL 4 PODKRAJ orientacija po gozdu nad Ajdovščino.

Sožalje svojcem .
Naj počiva v miru človek z brezmejno energijo, ki se ga bomo spominjali vsi, ki smo lahko prve zavoje na smučeh delali v Ski Bor, Črni Vrh .
Hvala, znali ste dati življenju pomen in biti vzor vsem nam, kako biti sprememba in vir, ki požene stvari v tek.

Umrl je Pavel Čuk, lastnik smučišča Ski Bor na Črnem Vrhu. Poznan je bil kot zagnani turistični delavec, ki ga bolezen ni ustavila in je skrbel, da je bilo smuč

eyoc2026 trening kamp za mladince, da spoznajo teren, se je zaključil danes. Mladina se je zabavala in se dosti naučila. Hvala selektorki Katji Babič, traserju Maticu Blažu in preostali ekipi, ki je omogočila to doživetje.💚💙

Evropsko mladinsko orientacijsko prvenstvo bo potekalo od 25. Do 27. Junija 2026 v Novi Gorici in Trnovskem gozdu.

Orienteering USA is pleased to announce the team to represent the US at the 2026 European Youth Orienteering Championships (EYOC), to be held in Slovenia June 25-27, 2026. EYOC is the premier international competition for orienteers in the M/W16 and M/W18 age classes, and a tremendous opportunity for our young competitors to test themselves on a larger stage.

Several of the athletes were also selected to the JWOC team. Due to the close timing of these two competitions, athletes selected for both teams were required to choose only one. Those athletes selected for EYOC who have opted to participate in JWOC instead are noted by an asterisk. Note that Alex Eriksson was selected for both and opted for participation in EYOC.
