V Akrobatu širimo ekipo! Iščemo odgovorno, ciljno usmerjeno in samoiniciativno osebo, ki uživa v organizaciji, komunikaciji in podpori prodaji v mednarodnem okolju.

Tvoje naloge bodo:
✅ pomoč v poprodaji
✅ priprava prodajnih ponudb
✅ arhiviranje pogodb in izdaja računov
✅ urejanje produktne dokumentacije (tehnične/materialne specifikacije)
✅ skrb za CRM bazo
✅ pomoč prodaji pri operativnih nalogah

Pričakujemo:
🔹 vsaj V. stopnjo izobrazbe ekonomske smeri
🔹 vsaj 3 leta delovnih izkušenj v administraciji
🔹 izkušnje z računovodskimi postopki in finančno dokumentacijo
🔹 poznavanje MS Office orodij (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
🔹 aktivno znanje angleškega in hrvaškega jezika (znanje dodatnih tujih jezikov predstavlja prednost)
🔹 odlične komunikacijske in organizacijske sposobnosti
🔹 odgovornost za kvalitetno opravljeno delo in naloge
🔹 prilagodljivost, natančnost in vztrajnost
