K-spec started In Cyprus, Island knowed for great weather and Aphrodite.
At the time I was operating the Kayser LBS bike shop, where I was building, painting and tuning bikes for a very cosmopolite clientele base. Obviously I was doing the day to day business with the locals but wanted to capitalise on the custom builds.
I realised that touching a European market while operating in Cyprus will be extremelly challenging due to the remore location and lack of sustainable logistic.
Then the search started to find the place where K-specbikes could operated and also to provide great landscape for cycling. Slovenia came pretty quickly on the top, as bang in the middle of europe and blessed with beautifull countryside. Our heart melted on a old and derilict farm, which showed an amazing potential. Once we visited the place, there was no turning back and the property was purchased.
Since then the work started, the barn have been converted and is ready for keen riders to come and get their bikes serviced, upgraded or even build. We cater for all type of riders, MTB, Road, Gravel and even low riders.
We are working closely with Stanton bikes, Hunt wheels, Windspace to name just a few. We also supply any spares from major brand like Shimano, Sram... The online shop is getting set up and new products are added on a daily bases.
As it stand the worshop is operating under appointment only but soon fixed opening hours will be implemented.
