Day 5 of our Summer Camp ☀️🥊

Today was all about balance. Instead of two separate sessions, we combined everything into one longer training.

In the afternoon, we took some well-deserved time off to enjoy lunch together, grill homemade burgers, relax, and strengthen the team spirit. 🍔🔥

Later, we visited the famous Zrće Beach, where we had some fun, recharged our batteries, and enjoyed another unforgettable summer day together. 🌊😎

Day 4 – Summer Camp on Pag 🇭🇷☀️🥊

Another amazing day behind us! 💪

The morning session was dedicated to ground self-defense techniques and takedowns onto the mats, building confidence and control in close-range situations.

In the evening, we were back at our favorite outdoor fitness park by the sea, combining kickboxing and karate techniques in the fresh air. Great music, positive energy, sunshine, the sea, and an incredible atmosphere made this another unforgettable training day.

Train hard. Smile often. Enjoy the journey. 🌊🔥

Day 2 of our Summer Camp in Pag is in the books! 🌊🥊☀️

We started the morning in the gym with the temperature already hitting 33°C (91°F). Despite the heat, we put in a solid 1 hour and 45 minutes of training, focusing on boxing footwork while moving forward and drilling different escapes from the full mount position.

With the day being extremely hot, we waited until the evening for our second session. From 6:30 to 7:30 PM, we trained at the outdoor fitness park, working on stand-up striking drills with great music and an amazing seaside atmosphere.

We wrapped up another fantastic day with a delicious dinner and a cold beer. 🍻

Ready for Day 3! 💪🔥

Prvi dan poletnega kampa na Pagu je za nami! 🌊🥊

Dan smo začeli z uro in pol dolgim jutranjim treningom, kjer smo izpopolnjevali tehnike strikinga – boks, protinapade in kontre, zaključili pa z intenzivnim workoutom. 💪

Popoldne smo trening preselili iz telovadnice na zunanji fitnes med borovce ob morju. Trenirali smo v Kaizen stilu in za razvoj moči ter fizične pripravljenosti izkoristili tudi drogove zunanjega fitnesa.

To je šele začetek! Se še javimo. 😎🔥🌴

V soboto je v Vrhniki potekalo drugo kolo državnega prvenstva v MMA.

Barve Centra Samurai je zastopalo šest borcev. Trije so se domov vrnili z zmago.

Enega juniorja smo prijavili tudi v seniorsko kategorijo, kjer se je pomeril z tokrat mocnejsim nasprotnikom. Kljub porazu je pokazal veliko srčnosti in poguma.

Za preostala dva borca je bila to prva MMA tekma, zato je bila izkušnja neprecenljiva. Vsak nastop je korak naprej in pomemben del športne poti.

Borce sta skozi tekmovanje spremljala trenerja Tadej Dajčman in Klemen Gredišnik.

Vsem borcem čestitamo za pogum, srčnost in vložen trud. Borilni športi niso le tekmovanje – so ena najlepših življenjskih šol, kjer se človek uči discipline, spoštovanja, vztrajnosti in premagovanja samega sebe. Gremo naprej! 💪🥋
