This year's AITJ tennis tournament will be divided into two main categories: 1vs1 and 2vs2. 👯‍♀

You can look forward to six men’s singles categories (Open, 35+, 45+, 55+, 65+, 75+), five women’s singles categories (Open, 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+) and eight doubles categories (M Open, M100+, M130+, W110-, W110+, Mix Open, Mix 100+, Mix 130+)

During the event, participants will be accommodated in Vitality Hotel Punta, which is a hotel that belongs under the Losinj Hotels & Villas brand.

❗ A very special thank you to the Ljubicic Tennis Academy , the collaboration between Ivan Ljubičic (tennis coach of Roger Fedderer) and the Lošinj Hotels & Villas brand, for our cooperation.

The aim of the academy is to gather professional players and all tennis enthusiasts and to experience sports on a unique Island with Mediterranean air. The 45th World Championship of tennis journalists and media workers is organised in cooperation with the academy and we are more than pleased with our partnership. Participants of the World Championship of Tennis Journalists will be able to meet with the work of a former professional tennis player - Marin Ljubičic, and get to know his academy. 🎾

👉 What to expect at the 45th Championship of Tennis Journalists:

This year's AITJ event will not only be about competing in the tennis tournament. We are shaping the event to attract newcomers and young media professionals with a love for tennis. 🎾

A pleasant addition to this year's event will be an educational conference specialised in 4 main categories: Sports medicine; Physiotherapy; Sport, media and politics; Betting offices, advertising and media. Lectures at the conference will be spread over three days (18.,19.,21 of September) during the event from 9:30AM to 1:30PM.

Also, don't forget to relax by the Adriatic sea and soak in the Croatian atmosphere. 🌊

The Championship of Tennis Journalists is created in cooperation with the Ljubicic Tennis Academy, which is part of a unique sports story that connects all tennis lovers. 🎾

Ljubicic Tennis Academy is the realization of the collaboration between Ivan Ljubičić (coach of Roger Federer) and the Lošinj Hotels & Villas brand. Their aim is to gather professional players, but also tennis enthusiasts and active amateurs, as well as all those who simply want to experience sports activities on a unique island vitality known for its many natural properties and healing Mediterranean air. 🌊
