⏳ If You Only Had 1 Year Left to Live...
Take a deep breath.
And really sit with this question. 💭
Imagine that today you found out you only had one year left to live.
Not 40 years.
Just one year.

Would you...
❤️ Spend more time with your family?
🌍 Travel more?
🚀 Finally start your dream project or business?
💔 Leave the relationship that’s draining your energy?
🗣️ Speak your truth?
🤗 Tell people you love them more often?
🕊️ Forgive?
🔥 Stop playing small?
Now here’s the uncomfortable truth...
None of us actually knows how much time we have left.
Not me.
Not you.
Not anyone.
Yet so many people postpone their lives.
⏳ “I’ll do it next year.”
⏳ “When things calm down.”
⏳ “When I have more money.”
⏳ “When I’m ready.”
But life isn’t waiting.
❤️ The people you love are here now.
🌱 Your dreams are calling you now.
✨ Your life is happening now.
So here’s a challenge for you:
📝 Make a list.
Write down everything you would do differently if you only had one year left.
Then start moving down that list.
One step.
One conversation.
One decision.
One act of courage at a time.
Because the greatest tragedy isn’t dying.
💔 It’s reaching the end of your life and realizing you never truly lived it.
👇 Tell me in the comments:
What’s the first thing on your list?
And if this touched your heart, share it with someone who needs this reminder today. ❤️✨

🌕 The Blue Moon brought old wounds, stories, and patterns to the surface.

Not to burden us, but to help us finally see them, heal them, and stop repeating the same lessons.

✨ What keeps repeating wants to be understood.
✨ What rises to the surface wants to be healed.

💫 Did the Blue Moon's mirror reveal something you can no longer ignore?

✨ A New Space, A New Era ✨
For the past 13 years, I have been working from my home office, offering online consultations, education, and therapy sessions to clients from Slovenia and all over the world.

This April, I added something I had been planning for a long time…

🌿 a therapy room where I now also welcome clients in person.

This has brought a beautiful expansion to my work, which now flows in two ways:
💻 online – connecting across distance, just as it has for over a decade
🏡 in person – meeting face to face in my new therapeutic space

Looking back at these first months, I feel a deep sense of gratitude. 💛

Gratitude for every story shared.
For every tear released.
For every insight, shift, and moment of relief and clarity.

This space is more than just a room.

It’s where people finally allow themselves to put down what they’ve been carrying for far too long.
Where questions start finding answers.
Where the past meets the present.
And where real change begins.

🌿 Here, we explore the roots of fears, blocks, and repeating life patterns.
🌿 Here, old emotional stories are gently processed and released.
🌿 Here, people reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

Whether online or in person, every session holds a story that matters. And every story reminds me why I do this work.

Maybe your next chapter begins right here. 💫

You are very welcome – online or in person.

📩 DM me for more information or to book an appointment.

🎙️ A clip from the LIVEWABISABI podcast — listen to your body before it starts screaming.

How often do you tell yourself:
👉 “I’ll just finish this one thing.”
👉 “I just need to push through today.”
👉 “I’ll rest later.”

And then days pass. Weeks. Months.

We keep rushing from one obligation to the next until, at some point, we stop hearing ourselves completely.

But the body is always speaking.

At first, quietly.

Through fatigue.
Tension.
Sleepless nights.
Anxiety.
Pain.
That constant feeling of being disconnected from yourself.

But when we keep ignoring those signals, the body stops whispering.

It starts screaming.

And that’s when it forces us to stop:
- through burnout,
- illness,
- exhaustion,
- or an energy crash we can’t recover from overnight.

Sometimes we think being strong means handling everything and never slowing down.

But real strength is knowing when to pause.

Taking a moment for yourself.
Listening to your body and your intuition.
Noticing the warning signs before your body starts collapsing under the weight of everything you carry.

Your body is not your enemy.
It’s trying to protect you — sometimes even from yourself. ❤️

✨ Maybe today you don’t need another task on your to-do list.

Maybe you just need:
- time for yourself,
- a conversation with a friend,
- rest,
- silence,
- or simply a moment to breathe.

👇
Be honest with yourself:
When was the last time you truly listened to your body and did something for you?

✨ WOMEN DON’T FALL APART AT 40.
THEY WAKE UP. ✨

At some point, many women stop asking:
“How can I keep everyone happy?”

…and start asking:
“Who am I really?”

That shift can feel messy, emotional, confronting, and overwhelming.

But it’s not a breakdown.
It’s a return to self. 🌗

In my newest Brainz Magazine article, I talk about:
🖤 identity shifts around 40
🖤 emotional overwhelm and self-abandonment
🖤 authenticity, shadow work, and boundaries
🖤 why women stop tolerating misalignment
🖤 how midlife becomes an initiation into a more authentic life

I also share parts of my own journey — the moment I stopped performing, stopped shrinking, and finally started living in alignment with my truth.

❤️‍🩹 Why do we unconsciously recreate stressful situations in adulthood?

Growing up in stressful or traumatic environments can teach our nervous system to see certain emotions, relationships, and patterns as “normal.” 🧠

In this podcast clip, I talk about why so many people unknowingly repeat stressful patterns later in life — not because they want suffering, but because what’s familiar often feels safer than the unknown.

When chaos, unpredictability, or emotional stress are present early in life, the brain adapts for survival. Over time, this can show up in our relationships, work, habits, and decision-making patterns — keeping us stuck in cycles we don’t fully understand. 🔄

✨ The important thing to remember:
These patterns are learned — and what’s learned can also be unlearned.

Awareness is the first step toward breaking unhealthy cycles and creating healthier relationships, behaviors, and ways of living. 🌱

💬 Curious to hear your thoughts:
Have you noticed how childhood experiences can shape the kinds of relationships or environments people gravitate toward later in life?

🧐 If you keep fixing symptoms and surface-level problems, nothing really changes.

🦸‍♂️ When you get to the root of what’s actually going on — in your relationships, your health, your ability to create abundance, or even fertility — that’s when things start to shift.

You don’t need to do more.
👉 You need to start working in the right place.

Ines’s story is a beautiful reminder of how powerful this work can be when you’re willing to go deep enough — all the way to the root.

Most people stay on the surface. They try to manage symptoms, fix what’s visible, and push forward… while the real cause stays hidden.

But when you’re honest with yourself… brave enough to face what’s really there… and willing to see the truth — that’s when your blocks begin to release.

And then things start to open up:
Flow.
Relief.
Momentum.
Things finally falling into place.

Why Visibility Feels Natural for Some, and Unsafe for Others 👁️

We often think visibility is something we learn later in life.
A skill. A mindset. A strategy. ✨

But what if it begins much earlier than that?
Long before we enter the workplace, we already form deep internal patterns around expression, belonging, and worth.
We learn—often without words—whether it is safe to be fully ourselves.

If love felt conditional, we learned to earn it.
If expression felt unsafe, we learned to stay small.

And those early imprints don’t disappear… they evolve 💭

So what later shows up as:
- fear of judgment 👁️,
- hesitation to share ideas, avoiding being on camera 📸,
- difficulty accepting compliments,
- or staying in the background..is often not a lack of confidence, but a nervous system remembering what once didn’t feel safe. 🤲

Because many people aren’t afraid of visibility itself—
they’re afraid of what it once cost them.

In my interview with Mark Sephton for Female CEO, I shared how our earliest imprints—formed through a mother’s emotional state, early bonding, and childhood experiences—shape how safe we feel being seen later in life. 🤍✨

👶 Why doing ‘everything right’ still doesn’t work

Have you ever felt like…
you’ve done everything “right”—
and nothing is changing?

👣Therapy. Healing. Mindset work.
Even investing time, energy, money…

And yet—you’re still in the same place. 😠

Not because they haven’t tried…
but because no one showed you what’s really hidden underneath your problem.

👉 In my latest published article, I talk about the significance of finding the missing piece of the puzzle and what you need to do if you want to see real transformation.
