At just 20 years old, Emma is preparing to make history at the 2026 Winter Olympics. Not only is she the first ever women’s Alpine ski racer to represent , but she is also the first ever woman to represent on the winter world stage.🇹🇹❄️

While she’s known for her speed on the NCAA circuit with the St. Lawrence University Saints, her heart is firmly rooted in Trinidad. With her father hailing from Port of Spain, Emma has spent every year traveling back to Trinidad to reconnect with family and her heritage. 🏝️❤️

Congratulations to the Organizing Committee of and FIS on a successful World Ski Championships! Organizing such an event is never easy, let alone during a pandemic, but like the athletes, the organizers never gave-up, pushed to the end, and overcame the challenges in front of them. That is the spirit of cross-country skiing. And as the organizers put it themselves, bringing together the best athletes of the sport and participants from all around the *world* is the spirit of a *WORLD* Championship 🌎🏆! Thank you for supporting the participation of the global ski community, especially the developing ski nations. Thank you for treating Team TTO like all the other ski nations in the spirit of and , the same spirit with which we gave our best, on and off the snow. Dankeschön!
