🏔 After months of strength and endurance trainings in the Belgian Ardennes, we finally surmounted Mt. Triglav!

A lot of fellow climbers called us nuts (they’re not wrong 😅) for taking the most difficult/technical ascent route, but boy, was it also magnificent!

We especially liked the ridge area just before the summit (video on video folder, turn on sound while watching to hear the wind).

This part of the Julian Alps surely didn’t disappoint us!

The descent, although less technical, was equally beautiful as we traversed through the unspoiled rocky and green terrain of Triglav National Park. We also passed through several scenic lakes.

The huts where we stayed were rather simple but they had everything a climber needs. We even bivouacked upon descending.

Reaching the highest peak in Slovenia was quite a challenge but it was surely fun and something we can recommend to those who have a good grip on heights.

If anybody wants to climb Mt. Triglav, we would sure be glad to give tips and share our experiences.

GETAWAY. 🏰 🇫🇷

The hustle and bustle of the city can be deafening and frankly, exhausting. Sometimes, we don’t even realise that the city is already stressing us out just because we’re so used to being in that zone.

We strongly believe that all of us should find some time to get away from our city lives and just be as close to nature as possible. Imagine waking up hearing birds singing melodies of joy.

We found a perfect spot to rejuvenate and just have a relaxing weekend in a 18th century castle complex called Château de la Berlière at the French department of the Ardennes. There are also many hiking options around the area.

We hope you’ll enjoy this small project we did during our stay there.
