๐Ÿ”น Grips: The inner diameter (ID) of the replacement grip should match the outer diameter (OD) of the pole shaft at the top.

๐Ÿ”น Ferrules: Check the diameter and shape of the shaft at the bottom. The ferruleโ€™s inner dimensions must fit the shaft and be suitable for either a cylindrical or tapered profile.

๐Ÿ”น Baskets: Check the mounting system and make sure the basket is compatible with the existing ferrule or basket adapter. Basket size also matters: larger baskets generally provide better support in soft or deep snow, while smaller baskets are better suited to firmer, more compact surfaces.

For accurate measurements, use a caliper and compare the results with the dimensions listed on the product page and the cross-section drawings where available. If your pole shaft is tapered at the bottom, follow the dedicated measuring instructions before selecting a ferrule. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

Rollerski ferrules take a beating with every kilometer of training. When it's time for a replacement, the good news is: you can do it yourself at home.

๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ'๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ง๐ž๐ž๐: ๐Ÿ”ง Hot air gun or hairdryer ๐Ÿ”ง Pliers ๐Ÿ”ง Sandpaper (grade 600) ๐Ÿ”ง Hot melt glue ๐Ÿ”ง Work gloves

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ - ๐‘๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ž:
โœ”๏ธ Warm up the shaft end with a hairdryer (max. 60ยฐC)
โœ”๏ธ Pull the old ferrule off with pliers

โœ”๏ธ Warm up the ferrule slightly with a hairdryer
โœ”๏ธ Apply hot melt glue inside the ferrule if needed
โœ”๏ธ Push the shaft firmly all the way to the bottom of the ferrule - no empty space!

๐Ÿ’ก ๐๐ซ๐จ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฉ: Make sure the shaft reaches the very bottom of the ferrule - any empty space can cause breakage during training.
