And I don’t mean becoming a professional coach.

I mean knowing how to ask the right questions instead of always giving the answer or advice.

After more than 10 years of coaching leaders, business owners and teams, I’ve put some of the most useful coaching skills, tools and techniques I’ve learned and used over the years into one practical online course.

As I reflect back on the year that has passed, my heart beats with so much gratitude for the journey marked by learnings, growth, challenges, and also hardships.
Each twist and turn has sculpted me into a stronger, more resilient version of myself and oh, how thankful I am for that 🥰

I stand in awe of the people who have walked alongside me - the pillars of support, the mentors and coaches who shaped my perspective, the friends who shared laughter and tears, and the clients who entrusted me with their journeys. 🙏🏻❤️
You are the threads that weave the fabric of my existence, and for that, I am endlessly thankful. 🥰

If and when you ever get caught into a “blame game” and start looking for all the reasons why something is or isn’t going your way, pause and ask yourself this:
“Was this really completley out of my control or could have I influenced it so that I would get a different outcome?”

If you really couldn’t do anything about it, just drop it - that “bs” is too heavy for you to drag through your life, it’s just weighing you down..
•
If you could have done something differently, admit it to yourself, learn from it and do whatever you can to remember that learning next time when a similar lesson reappears again.
