Some chapters don’t end.
They just change shape.

I’ve been doing a lot of looking inward lately.
Asking harder questions.
Sitting with answers I didn’t want to find.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it ..
we chose each other differently. Not less. Just honestly.

What’s ahead looks nothing like what I planned. New cities. New distances. New versions of ourselves. And somehow, more aligned than we’ve ever been.

This carousel is part of something I wrote.
The most honest thing I’ve put out.

I’ll be sharing more of this journey here ..
the inner work, the real conversations, the becoming.

Follow along if you’re in the middle of your own.

This tooth had to come out. And honestly… it felt like watching a physical representation of what healing old nervous system patterns actually looks like. Because healing is rarely just “letting go.”

Sometimes it’s cutting into something deeply rooted.
Something your body adapted around.
Something painful that somehow still became familiar.

That’s the part many don’t talk about enough…Your nervous system can become attached to what hurts you if it once helped you survive. Especially in relationships.

You can consciously want peace…while your body unconsciously prepares for danger.
You can be loved deeply and still brace for abandonment.
You can be safe and still feel deeply unsafe internally.
You can want connection while reacting from protection or fear.

That’s why changing patterns can feel exhausting. Your body is trying to predict the future using the past. And creating new neural pathways often feels uncomfortable before it feels freeing.

For me, this journey has looked like..therapy, breathwork, lifestyle optimisation, reiki, somatic work, plant medicine, psychologists, psychiatrists, hard conversations, shutting up and listening instead of speaking, repair, relapses..f**k ups..trying all over again.

And honestly? I don’t think the path ever ends.

You don’t remove old pain just to sit in emptiness. You make space for something healthier to stay. A new way of relating, new internal home…new beginning.

Even if it feels uncomfortable at first.

I am looking forward to the implant being put in 3 months from now. It will be a physical symbol of yet another phase of growth.

This reel says more than words probably can.

So much gratitude for the people, energy, and moments that made this Saol experience so special.

A reminder that wellbeing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it looks like slowing down, moving your body, eating well, sleeping deeply, spending time in nature, growing alongside good people, and reconnecting to what matters most.

Really proud of what we co-created..alongside some incredible humans ❤️

We’re looking forward to heading back to for the upcoming .fit launch at Mantra Samui and doing it all again with an amazing group of people.

If this speaks to you, there are still a few places available to join us for the 29/5 - 1/6 retreat:

This weekend was special.

So many of us are used to thinking our way through everything… but sometimes what we really need is space to feel, breathe, and come back to ourselves.

Thank you to everyone who showed up so openly, grateful for your energy and trust🙏

More spaces for regulation, connection, and healing coming soon✨

Appreciate your support ..the kit was 🔥

I spent my birthday today in a room full of people learning how to optimise with AI.

Somewhere between the models, the algorithms, and the data sets, I found myself writing this article during the breaks. Because that is what an ADHD brain does. It cannot sit still. It connects things. It finds the human story inside the technical one.

The full article is about ADHD, the AI economy, nervous system regulation, and what it actually costs the people closest to you.

I turned another year older today. I spent it learning something that genuinely excites me, thinking about the work that matters most to me, and being reminded that the best investment I have ever made is not in a tool or a technology.

It is in understanding how my own brain works. And if it lands, share it with someone who needs it.

Most people don’t have a bad morning routine…They have a bad starting state.

And everything after that just compounds it.

If you wake up and immediately:
😖check your phone
😖start thinking about everything you have to do
😖rush into your day

your brain goes from 0 - 100 before it ever had a chance to regulate.

So when you sit down to focus, be present, or even just stay calm…it feels harder than it should.

Not because you’re lazy. But because your brain is already overstimulated.

This is especially true if you have ADHD (like me).

What changed everything for me wasn’t a “better routine”..It was changing the order.

Instead of trying to be productive right away, I focus on this:

Regulate - Direct - Activate

1️⃣Regulate - Regulating my nervous system first
(breathing, water, light, stillness)

2️⃣Direct - Giving my brain a clear target
(visualization, intention)

3️⃣Activate - Creating momentum
(movement, training, action)

If this feels like a lot, start here, wind your clock back just 5 mins, start with a big glass of water..then stack up from there.

That’s it.

You don’t need a perfect routine. You need a sequence your brain actually follows.

Instead of forcing yourself to “relax”

Try this..Just 3 minutes.

Sit wherever you are. No phone. No podcast. No music, podcasts. No distractions. You’re not trying to clear your mind. You’re just shifting where your attention goes.

Look around and name (in your head):
3 things you can 👁️
2 things you can 🖐️(your hands, your breath, the chair under you)
1 thing you can 👂

That’s it. No deep breathing. No perfect posture. No “doing it right.”

Your brain will still wander. You’ll want to stop. You might feel restless or irritated.
That doesn’t mean it’s not working. That is the moment your nervous system is starting to slow down.

You’re gently shifting out of thinking to sensing which is how your body actually begins to regulate.

And the more you practice staying…the less urgent that “I need to do something” feeling becomes.

This is also why conflict escalates so quickly in relationships. 2 people trying to think, fix, or solve…while neither of their nervous systems feel safe.

But when even one person can pause,
come back to their senses, and stay…micro shifts happen.

Enjoyed co-creating the floating sound bath with , this time without .sg since she is in 🇨🇭.

A good reminder that sometimes…the most ‘productive’ thing you can do is absolutely nothing.

😵If you’re the scattered type:

You don’t need more motivation. You need stability:

🔹Sleep at the same time (non-negotiable)
🔹Reduce sugar + overstimulation
🔹10–20 mins of downregulation (breathing / walking)
🔹Do fewer things, but finish them

Your problem isn’t laziness. It’s a dysregulated nervous system.

😎If you’re the optimised type:

You don’t need another system. You need depth:

🔹Pause before reacting
🔹Have the conversation you’re avoiding
🔹Notice where control replaces connection
🔹Create space with no agenda

Your problem isn’t performance. It’s emotional avoidance disguised as optimization.

Truth is you can fix your habits…and still feel off.

Because ADHD doesn’t just affect how you perform. It affects how you relate, connect, and show up.

We were featured recently on article on biohacking and lifestyle optimization.

Many are investing more than ever into..energy, sleep, performance…but may still struggling with what actually matters.

ADHD helped me build everything…My body. My career. My life.

But it also helped me avoid myself.

It looked like discipline…
But it was restlessness.
It looked like ambition…
But it was ‘never enough.’

So I kept pushing. Training harder. Doing more. Optimizing everything.

Except the part of me that actually needed attention.

ADHD isn’t just focus. It’s a nervous system that struggles to feel safe in stillness.

So we chase stimulation. Success. Control.

Until it leaks…into our health, our peace and our deepest relationships.

What helped me?

Slowing down my breath to create space between stimulus and my response.
Bringing awareness to what I am avoiding…sit in its discomfort, face it..resolve it.
Tot stop constantly performing and start being present.

You can build an incredible life with ADHD. But you can’t out-achieve what you’re avoiding.

Where are you still avoiding yourself?
Where has this shown up in your closest relationships?

Music has always been my medicine.

Living with ADHD, I’ve used sound my whole life to shape my external world so I could regulate my inner one. Long before I understood why, music was how I found balance.

Now, being able to bring that together with the work .sg and I are doing feels deeply full ⭕️.

We’ve just released our breathwork and meditation sessions on … created with intention, and layered with Solfeggio frequencies to support regulation and presence.

This is a new chapter for us, and something we truly hope adds value to your daily rituals. More sessions coming soon!
