💡 Marathon Training Tip of the Week
Fuel the distance, don't just run it. As the long runs increase beyond 20km, your nutrition and hydration strategy becomes increasingly important. Practise taking fluids and carbohydrates during your long runs so you can identify what works well for you before race day. Your marathon nutrition plan should be trained—not improvised.
🔥 42km Week! The mileage is building, and so are we. Stay consistent, train smart, recover well, and keep moving towards BYDSIM 2026 together! 🏃♀️🏃♂️💪
