In this 6-week programme, you will:
1. Build muscle strength, improve functional balance and increase flexibility, and
2. Learn safe falling techniques to minimise the risk of injuries and fractures in case of a fall

To join this 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 Live Active programme, sign up for Registration Day on 28 Feb, Tuesday via the Healthy 365 app. There are three time slots - 2-3pm; 3-4pm, and 4-5pm. You can sign up for either of the aforementioned time slots. At this session, we will run a suitability assessment to check if you can participate in this programme.
