3 things I wish I knew when I was a beginner swimmer 👇

🌬️ Learning how to breathe properly is often more important than swimming fast.

📈 Progress takes time. Small improvements from each lesson add up.

I started as someone who struggled with confidence in the water. Today, swimming has become one of the best investments I’ve made in myself.
