If you have dreams of becoming an instructor yourself, there's no better time to pick up a new skill!
Our course is created to be newbie-friendly, even for those who have no experience in Pilates before! We focus on small group training because we want to make sure every student gets full attention and their questions answered.

Dear Body n’Sync clients and friends,

Due to the extension to the Circuit Breaker period, our studio will remain closed until 1 June. As such, all appointments until then will be cancelled. We aim to reopen on 2 June, pending further government advisement.

Should there be any advisories affecting the reopening of our studio (be it earlier or further delayed), we will update this page. Please follow us here to stay updated!

Dear Body n'Sync clients, in light of the growing health crisis and in support of social distancing measures implemented by the government, we will be closing the studio from 7 April (Tues) onwards.

We aim to reopen on 5 May (Tues) but will continue to provide updates should there be an extension of these measures. Should you have any questions regarding your appointments, please feel free to email us or contact us via our mobile (WhatsApp preferred) at 8525 3339.

We look forward to seeing you again when these measures have been lifted and it is safe to resume business again.
