Lucky Dragon

Lucky Dragon This is a golf club formed by gentlemen of the same industry to share their same passion for the sport. Currently, the club has 57 active members.

In 1991, 4 golf enthusiasts came together and discuss on an idea of continuing to play golf with people in the Industry of the same passion till their heir years. Since then, they continued to invite more people in the industry to participate in the games that they organised. In the Mid 90s, the group expanded and began to participate in Invitational Games Organised by Plastic Eagle (PE), the curr

ent Malaysia Plastic Manufacturer's Association (MPMA) Golf Club. Over the years, the group enlarged and started to appoint it's own committee to run the club. On 3 August 2001, Lucky Dragon was inducted to Singapore Plastic Industries Association, led by Mr Kenneth Chua - Chairman and Mr Kang Kim Gee - Captain of the Club. The group stayed closely knitted despite some of the forerunners had retired from the industry and leaving behind the spirit and passion of golf to the ones who are still in the club.

On 13 Oct 2017, we held the SPIA Championship Game 2017 at NSRCC Changi.

It was a beautiful day, especially after 2 consecutive days of rain!

There were 38 golfers pitting their skills to compete for the Champion and finally, the winners are:

Champion - Mr Lau Chor Kwang
Best Gross - Mr Johnny Tan (Reigning Champion)
1st Runner Up - Mr Andrew Chong
2nd Runner Up - Mr Roy Kuek

Our Challenge Trophy Game will be held on 30 Sep 2016, Friday at Jurong Country Club!

We are really honoured that Jurong Country Club accepted our request to host this game at their club because it's the LAST TOURNAMENT that they will host!
