A simple look at the logo and the play button of every single music device you’ve ever used comes to mind. The play button is placed over the pause button as a symbol to stop relishing in fear and to truly trust one’s body and have utmost confidence. The play symbol is seen overlapping the button as a way of showing that we should always push the boundaries to reach new heights.

Fitness Flow's weekly fitness tips #15: Exercise on an empty stomach

Exercising in the morning before your first meal is a great way to shed fat. Research shows that fasting (which is essentially what happens overnight as we sleep) leads to increased adrenaline and reduced insulin levels, creating an environment that is more conductive to the breakdown of fat for energy. If you're not used to this, though, ease yourself in and remember to stay hydrated.
