Most people see chest-to-bar pulls as the goal but we see it as a stepping stone. We develop different qualities that lead towards skill advancement.

International Handstand Day is coming up on 25 June and we’d like to celebrate it by doing this 🤸🏻‍♂️

From 15-25 June,

📹 Post a video of a struggle you’re having with your handstand training.

🎁 All participants will receive a 4-drill wrist training plan from us.

Why wrists?

Because your wrists do a significant amount of work every time you’re upside down, and most people don’t give them enough attention until the joints start complaining. Stronger & more resilient wrists are able to support more productive training and greater training volume over time.

We will do our best to view, repost, & respond to as many submissions as we can during the allocated period 🌟

A part of our training method, our approach to false grip: fingerless first 👌🏻

Our standard of training removes unnecessary crutches. Working on a fingerless grip isn’t for comfort - it's for capability.

We don’t train around limitations or hide behind weak links - we remove them by training through them. The less you rely on, the stronger you become.

If someone trains for years but never becomes more capable or independent, what is the coaching producing?

Because good coaching is not cueing or giving instructions.

Good coaching should leave people better than before; good coaching should produce outcomes.

Now you understand why we insist on shifting forward 😮‍💨

When it comes to developing pushing strength that carries over to skills such as planche & handstand push-up, we will set you up with a reliable foundation to begin with.

Even a regular plank can be trained as a planche lean, even a regular push-up can be trained as a planche lean push-up.

Only when exposing your body to a different angle and training adequately in that position, do you then allow yourself the chance to adapt accordingly.

Calisthenics skills can be broken down theoretically but training effectively to develop the ability to execute it - that's another reel altogether.
