Grateful to have attended the OEPF Advanced Sports Vision Training for High-Performance Athletes led by Dr. Jeffrey J. Lant. This insightful event emphasized the vital role of vision training in enhancing athletic performance, decision-making, reaction time, focus, and overall game awareness.

It was an honor to participate alongside Atty. Charlie Ho, President of the Philippine Netball Federation Inc., and fellow coaches, athletes, and sports leaders who share the same passion for developing athletes through science-based training and continuous learning.

This experience reminded us that elite performance is not only built through physical training but also through developing the visual and cognitive skills that help athletes perform at their best. We look forward to applying these valuable insights in our programs and continuing to elevate the standard of sports development in the Philippines.

Gilas Pilipinas Women etched their names in the Philippine basketball history, securing the team’s first-ever victory in the FIBA 3x3 World Cup after defeating world no. 11 Italy, 17-13, in Pool C of the 2026 tournament.
