🖤 NEW REVL APP IS HERE 🖤
Important Member Instructions
1. Use the same email address and full name
Members must use the same email address and full name that were attached to their previous REVL app (XODA) profile. This is the most important step and is how their membership and profile are matched.
Please double-check both their email address and the spelling of their name before creating or accessing their account.
2. Select your Home Studio
When setting up the app, members must select their home studio first, even if they regularly train at another REVL location.
3. Existing Mindbody users
If a member has used a Mindbody-powered business before, the system may recognise their email and display a “Welcome Back”message.
They should enter the password they believe they may have previously used with Mindbody.
4. New Mindbody users
If the system does not recognise their email or password, they will simply be prompted to create or complete their Mindbody profile.
Once completed, they will be connected to their REVL membership and able to access the app.
5. Complete profile and waiver
Members should navigate to:
Profile → Edit Profile → Scroll to the bottom → Tick “Agree to Liability Waiver” → Save
Completing the waiver is required and will ensure a smoother booking experience moving forward.
6. Your lift stats will not be ported over
You will need to re-key in your lifts records. If you need some reference, we have some of your lift records here!
7. Make sure your payment details has been ported over correctly and updated
Please make sure this is correct to allow you to be able book class accordingly
