Felicia joined to enjoy exercise again, while Chun Yeung followed his wife in for a trial. Fast-forward to stronger lifts, better stamina, and an August MOTM title each! 🏆🔥
Your consistency, progress and great energy have earned you this one. Congratulations, Felicia and Chun Yeung! 💪💙
Felicia:
"I joined BFT Punggol Coast to enjoy exercising again and challenge myself along the way. Every session feels different, which keeps things interesting and makes working out something I genuinely look forward to. Since joining, I have noticed improvements in my strength, stamina, and overall fitness. BFT has also helped me become more disciplined and consistent with exercise, turning it into part of my lifestyle rather than something I have to force myself to do. What I enjoy most is how encouraging and supportive everyone is, regardless of their fitness level. The coaches take the time to motivate and push you while ensuring that you exercise safely and correctly. To anyone thinking about joining BFT, I would say just give it a try! Do not worry if you are not super fit or feel nervous about starting. The community is incredibly welcoming, and once you settle into the routine, you will find yourself looking forward to every workout."
Chun Yeung:
"My wife was already training at BFT Punggol Coast and invited me to come along, so I signed up for a trial. What keeps me coming back is how effectively the sessions are structured across both strength and cardio. I do not need to plan anything; I simply turn up and work out. Since joining, weights that once felt heavy have become more manageable, and I sleep better and have more energy throughout the day. I can also enjoy my favourite foods with less guilt! What I enjoy most is the coaches. They remember your name, know what you are working on, and correct your form without making a big deal out of it. I also enjoy seeing the same familiar faces at my usual slot each week. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone, as people of different fitness levels can perform the same exercises using their own weights and pace. That made it much easier for me to get started."
