A huge congratulations to our Studio Manager Lynn on an incredible 3rd Place finish in the HYROX Jakarta Womenโ€™s Pro Division! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”ฅ

Stepping up from the Opens Category and taking on the challenge of racing in the Pro division, Lynn pushed herself beyond her comfort zone and embraced a whole new level of competition!

From early mornings at Bishan Track to late-night training sessions, she led by example every step of the way. Behind this podium finish are countless hours of hard work, consistency, and training alongside the people who showed up and put in the work with her. ๐Ÿ’™

Proof that size doesnโ€™t define performance. Heart, grit, and showing up day after day do. ๐Ÿ’ช

Another huge result for Ray โ€” achieving a result that ranks him 3RD ALL-TIME IN THE SINGAPORE MENโ€™S PRO CATEGORY ๐Ÿ”ฅ

For those who knows HYROX, the Menโ€™s Pro Category consists of much heavier weights where the elites around the world compete in ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ
220kg sled push, 153kg sled pull, 32kg farmer carries, 30kg sandbag lunges, and 9kg wall balls ๐Ÿซจ All that and yet Ray still managed to achieve a 70 minutes 42 seconds timing in just his 3rd pro race!!!

Even tougher with his Menโ€™s Open timing of 64 minutes 42 seconds, and weโ€™re proud to have an owner who truly walks the talk when it comes to fitness.
